Today is still holiday for nisa. Her school is still closed until tomorrow for chinese new year holiday. Wow! a whole week holiday for the secondary school.
So, she’s craving for a cupcake to make
. Then just in an hour, she made her cuppies and happy with the results. She told me that she wants to share it with our neighbour. And the lucky neighbour is ‘nte Ana!
Sometime i feel that baking or helping my daughter to bake in our kitchen can be a way to relaxing my tense after some argue with her. You know, mother-daughter (teenage ones) argue
. Especially when baked those yummy cupcakes. Then applying the icing would make us even happier.
Because of the request of my son (which likes the cupcake but only got 2 of it), i promised him to make another cuppies on the afternoon. The recipe is pretty simple, easy and no mixer required
. You can see the recipe here, in my daughter’s blog. My daughter modifies it a bit, by put the blueberry filling in the cupcake. Those blueberry filling that actually ‘move’ her to bake. It was sitting nicely in the fridge for weeks.
Then in the afternoon before my son comes back from school, i made the same cupcakes again, but…. in colours
Almost a rainbow cupcake but very less colour hihihi. But still special with the blueberry filling, yummy! This was my first time on color cuppy, so i’m happy with it. The cuppy does make happy
